Cub Scouts

CUB SCOUTS
St. Dennis Parish has been sponsoring Cub Scout Pack 149 for more than 50 years. We are thankful to have such a supportive parish.

Pack 149 is part of the Yahara District in the Glacier's Edge Council. The Glacier's Edge Council is comprised of five districts: Wisconsin River, Mohawk, Southern Lakes, Indian Trails and Yahara.

Cub scouting is year-round family-oriented part of the Boy Scouts of America

Program, designed for boys in first through fifth grades. Dens meet twice a month and consist of boys in the same age group. The pack – all dens together – meets once a month. Cub Scouts is the largest of three membership divisions in the Boy Scouts of America.

There are five badges to earn in Cub Scouts: Bobcat, Tiger, Wolf, Bear and Webelo. The highest award in Cub Scouts is the Arrow of Light.
