During the years Barb has been at St. Dennis School, she has taught a wide variety of subjects, including Ancient Civilization, American History, Geography, Writing, Grammar, Reading, Religion, Art, Algebra, Pre-Algebra and some elective courses, all at the middle school level. Currently she still teaches many of these subjects to sixth, seventh and eighth graders.

Barb says she is happy to be at St. Dennis School because of the “wonderful kids and their terrific parents.”

She continues, “The environment is one that permits teachers, students and parents to communicate effectively and provide what's best for the students.”

Barb shares her education philosophy: A child who feels respected, safe and welcome is able to learn. She adds, “It is a teacher's job to provide such an environment and guide students through their learning experience.”
