Bob grew up in Lancaster and came to Madison to attend the University of Wisconsin, where he earned a degree in Elementary and Secondary Music Education.

Bob directs the music and liturgy for the parish, teaches general music at St. Dennis School and offers private piano, guitar and voice lessons.

Bob values the whole atmosphere of community and family at St. Dennis. “I love working with all the awesome people at St. Dennis who are so generous with their time and talents,” he says.

Before joining St. Dennis, Bob taught privately for 20 years and worked at various music stores selling guitars, band instruments and pianos. He was also music director at Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish for 10 years, and taught in the parish school for seven years. He has also taught at St. John's in Waunakee for three years.

He and his wife, Lisa have two sons and a daughter.
