School in 2008 as Principal.
He was born and raised in Milwaukee, the youngest of three children. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in Physical Education, Health, Coaching and Adaptive Education. He also holds a Master's degree from Cardinal Stritch University in Educational Leadership/Administration.
Prior to joining St. Dennis, Matt was the principal of St. Patrick's School in Janesville, Wisconsin. Before that he taught for seven years as a Health and Physical Education teacher, also in Janesville. He has also taught high school soccer in Janesville for ten years. Matt loves soccer and has been playing since he was three years old.
Matt and his wife, Sujhey, have two toddler children, a son and a daughter.
During school vacations, he likes to travel with Sujhey and other family members to her home country of Venezuela, where her entire family still lives.
Matt's philosophy is simple: “Choose your attitude! Concentrate on the positive and eliminate the negative.” Matt also believes in promoting creativity and responsibility.
He is very excited to join the St. Dennis family.
